Inspired by this recipe and by my love for crispy I made these baked potatoes when Roberto came back from Milan on Saturday.

Since neither of us likes garlic, I opted for thin slices of onion instead. I cut the potatoes in thin (almost-) slices (you have to stop cutting at a few millimeters from the bottom of the potato. Inserted the onion between the slices and added rosemary, salt and pepper. Sprinkled olive oil on top, placed on a baking pan and put into the oven at 240 Β°C for 40 minutes (or a bit less; as I said,I love my food very crispy).
